Let go of emotional conflicts, only then can emotions be relaxed and long-lasting

Many emotions gradually fade away, not because they no longer love, but because they have been defeated by endless emotional conflicts. Small things can lead to overthinking, a plain sentence can lead to excessive speculation, repeated suspicions, entanglements, and self torture, making previously warm relationships become suppressed and exhausted.

Excessive sensitivity and internal friction are the biggest killers of emotions. Always brainstorming negative plotlines, dwelling on the other person’s attitude, dwelling on past right and wrong, complicating simple daily routines, and magnifying trivial conflicts. Over time, both of them became physically and mentally exhausted, gradually distancing themselves from each other.

A good relationship requires a relaxed mindset. Less suspicion, more trust; Less indecision, more calmness. Don’t overly bind each other’s emotions, don’t be too serious about everything, allow emotions to be flat, allow each other to have minor flaws, and the most important thing is to get along easily and freely.

Let go of meaningless emotional conflicts and stop self torture. Get along calmly, treat each other gently, without hesitation, suspicion, or paranoia. A relaxed and transparent way of getting along is the key to keeping emotions away from fatigue and keeping them warm and long-lasting.
